Return Policy: Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to Lucidflow, PostNr. 857375101, Packstation 206, 10967 Berlin within 14 working days of the item being received by the customer.

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund at no fault of Lucidflow - please return to the address above confirming why. As no fault lies with Lucidflow, shipping costs to re-send the exchange will be charged (amount dependant on location & weight of product).
